When is the free webinar and how do I join?
Our free webinar on how to communicate with your dog runs regularly and is hosted live by Jess. You can save your spot on our webinar page. After you sign up you’ll receive a confirmation email with your personal link, plus a reminder when we go live.
How do I access the Stressless Communication Course after purchase?
Right after your purchase you’ll receive an email with your access details and an invitation to unlock the course on Skool. If it hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm you’re checking the email address you used at checkout. Still stuck? Email us at amee@stresslessdogs.com and we’ll get you set up.
Where do I log in?
Your course and the community live on Skool. Log in at skool.com/stresslessdogs, or use the Login button at the top of this page.

No worries - we host new live webinars regularly. Keep an eye on our webinar page for the next date and save your spot there.
Is the Stressless Dogs Community free?
You can try the Stressless Dogs Community free for 7 days. After that it’s a paid membership, which you can cancel at any time in your Skool settings.
I can’t find my confirmation or access email. What now?
First check your spam or promotions folder and search your inbox for amee@stresslessdogs.com. Also make sure you’re looking in the inbox of the email address you used at checkout. Still nothing? Send us a quick email and we’ll sort it out for you.
Is the course a one-time payment or a subscription?
The Stressless Communication Course is a one-time payment - no subscription, and you keep access to the course. The community membership is separate: 7 days free, then a paid subscription that you can cancel at any time.
How do I cancel my community membership?
You can cancel at any time in Skool: open your profile settings, go to Membership and choose cancel. Your access simply runs until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Can’t work it out? Email us and we’ll take care of it.
What if the course isn’t for me?
You’re covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If the course isn’t for you, email amee@stresslessdogs.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund your entire purchase. No questions asked.
